We are looking for a commercially-driven and customer-focused eCommerce expert to lead the Americas eCommerce and digital marketing team. This role will be a key player in the growth of the Fiskars Living portfolio's online business; focusing on developing a market strategy that drives the growth of our brands and their long term profitability.

 

This is an opportunity for a digital leader to take ownership of the online sales for a portfolio of the world's leading interiors brands including Waterford, Wedgwood, Royal Doulton, Royal Albert, Royal Copenhagen and Iittala. As part of a company-wide strategic focus on online and direct to consumer retail, the eCommerce and digital operations of Fiskars Living are priority long term initiatives -you will be joining a team enjoying internal investment focus and aiming to create innovative online experiences to take our brands into the future.

 

This position will be responsible for implementing the local execution of the global eCommerce Roadmap, overseeing a growing team of digital experts and responsible for 8 local eCommerce sites. We are looking for an ambitious candidate with experience in both the branding and commercial sides of an eCommerce business.

We are looking for an e-commerce manager who can:

  • Take ownership of the eCommerce P&L for the Americas region across 6 key brands
  • Develop a marketing and business plan in line with Fiskars Living eCommerce global strategy to resource and deliver activities to meet aggressive eCommerce revenue targets
  • Support global eCommerce initiatives, localising for the Americas market and facilitating new platform changes
  • Develop and nurture a high performing eCommerce and digital marketing team
  • Develop promotional calendars to support product introductions and seasonal/holiday sales
  • Local management of Digital Customer Experience including Content, Navigation, Branding/Marketing, Performance and Functionality in conjunction with the global digital team
  • Take ownership for Americas eCommerce marketing activities with innovation and optimisation initiatives (SEO/SEM/PPC, Email, Retargeting, Affiliate, etc.) in line with global digital strategy
  • Identify, develop and execute online initiatives to support the growth of the brands.
  • Collaborate with global eCommerce team to implement strategies to increase customer acquisition, re-engagement and lifetime value.
  • Work with Customer Service and Operations to oversee order fulfilment and delivery, and improve customer satisfaction and repeat purchases
  • Direct and manage internal and external teams in order to deliver on strategy and revenue objectives

 

What we are looking for:

  • A track record of growing eCommerce businesses through strong digital business and marketing strategies
  • Someone who can take responsibility and ownership of financial targets
  • eCommerce P&L responsibility in previous role(s)
  • 5 10 years experience in eCommerce and or digital marketing
  • Experience managing an eCommerce team
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Strong communication skills, effectively share knowledge and plans with colleagues and senior stakeholders
