The Creative Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for providing project management and administrative support for the creative team. Requires advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments at once.  Projects this role will support include: new product launches, customer line reviews, and digital assets.

Primary duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage Microsoft SharePoint (Marketing Projects) website with schedules, next steps, notes etc
  • Manage ATV routes for all packaging
  • Facilitate weekly creative team project meetings
  • Provide weekly updates on project status

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2 year degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Marketing experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detailed oriented and self-directed
  • Team player, above average communication skills, and ability to problem solve
