The International Sales Specialist will be responsible for filling out product set up sheets and other documents for international customers, product and logistic information.  This role will develop and maintain current Latin America portfolio decks and price lists and we all creating brnad, product and marketing related materials.

Primary duties & responsibilities:

  • Provide sales quotes and product availability to existing customers, distributors, and reps
  • Receive, process and confirm purchase orders; collaborate with sourcing, credit and warehouse to confirm shipments
  • Fulfill paperwork requests (proformas, invoices, export documents, credits, and certificates)
  • Request and complete new customer setup; ensure foreign addresses, freight forwarders, commissions are correctly entered
  • Provide product, warranty, and where to purchase information
  • Monitor and respond to website inquiries from Latin America
  • Translate brand, product, and presentation materials into Spanish

Our ideal candidate will posses:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 2-3 years in a professional office environment
  • Fluent in Spanish - reading, writing and speaking
  • Planning, organization and communication skills
